Many agencies have huge rent rolls and small inexperienced teams, which I believe is a recipe for disaster. Generally, real estate agents do not have good reputations and this stems from poor office structures, stretched resources and unsatisfactory customer service.

Since commencing property management in 2012, the feedback from our clients has been overwhelmingly positive and we are seeing many owners 'make the switch' from larger businesses to ours. Our fees are competitive but perhaps most importantly our service is superior.
