He recommended a great stylist which made a big difference. He also advised me to get my place painted for maximum impact. David organised the painting to be done within days and the stylist also. David looked after an investment property for me. Thanks to David I had great tenants who looked after my place well. Also, when it came time to selling my place, David was able to help the tenants move out and find a new place earlier than expected which worked well for all of us.
