David and Bindi knew exactly what we were looking for and pointed us in the direction of the perfect property. We decided to move on the Friday, called Bindi and she convinced us to look at a property the following day that we probably wouldn’t have looked at. We exchanged on that house within 13 days. They encouraged us to look at other properties that weren’t listed with them so never felt pressured or that we were getting a hard sales pitch. They were respectful of the vendor not wasting theirs or our time with unrealistic prices, quick to respond to questions and didn’t have a negative word to say about other agents or listings.
