David sold my investment property. He gave me excellent advice about the market and what I needed to do with my property to get it ready for sale. He recommended a great stylist which made a big difference. He also advised me to get my place painted for maximum impact. David organised the painting to be done within days and the stylist also. David also put together a fantastic brochure. David kept me informed of the feedback from buyers every step of the way. When it came to negotiation, David was amazing and enabled me to get a fantastic price for my property. I trust his advice and negotiation skills.

David looked after an investment property for me. Thanks to David I had great tenants who looked after my place well. Also, when it came time to selling my place, David was able to help the tenants move out and find a new place earlier than expected which worked well for all of us.
