I first met David when he was selling another property a few years ago which I didn't buy but I was extremely impressed with him. He stood well above the rest of the agents in Mosman. His friendliness and lack of 'cringe-worthy' agent speak and manner was such a refreshing thing. He was fair to the owner and fair to me as a buyer which I really respected. He knew the Mosman market deeply but didn't parade it about. I remembered him and years later subsequently retained him to sell my property. As far as I was concerned, there were no alternatives. He was always approachable and honest and I always felt like he had things totally under control - which he did. He provides a very personal touch to selling a property and his team is very proficient. He's at the head of the pack.

Joann is such a wonderful breath of fresh air as an agent. She listens, doesn't over-sell, has fabulous attention to detail and is always positive. She sold my house with the least amount of angst and reported honestly and regularly, which I really appreciated. She was the perfect choice.
