David has been perhaps the most impressive real estate agent I have dealt with, after buying and selling multiple properties in the past 15 years. A lifetime experience. I bought my place with them and in fact I paid extra 50,000 because the agent was too smart and got the best price for her clients. Very high professional ethic, dedicated for their best outcome for their clients. Very friendly, kind environment to ask for advice and could be anything. I was struggling with my dog, and they looked after it until we could manage to have it back. You do not need to think twice to trust these people to look after your interest.
