Oh well, it was bound to happen. You (me) send out a slightly risqué newsletter once a week and then one careens off the road, flips, rolls and snowballs into the village below.
Whilst I am grateful to those who reached out last week to express concern about a recent break up…folks it was a joke! Sadly, it flew over many people’s heads and went viral….LOL (that’s laugh out loud for our more mature readers).
Yep, I got lit up by the trolls on the internet and there is now a whole army of ‘they who must not be named’…it seems the hunter has become the hunted.
Speaking of hunting…. (gears crunch as I attempt to segue back to real estate) it’s been happy hunting out there for home buyers as stock levels have risen since ‘Freedom Day.’
We had three sales on Monday, the stand out being a hotly contested online auction for a property in Balmoral selling well above expectations. The sale of Botanic Road marked our 100th sale for the past 12 months, on behalf of myself and the team thank you to all of our clients for making that milestone possible.
It’s nearly business as usual for real estate with the return of open houses and on-site auctions.
Hopefully life as we know it will now start slowly returning to normal.
Until next week,
David Murphy
