To quote John Laws for the first time in my life ‘hello world’. Yes it’s true that I have had a mini hiatus from writing what has been referred to as the worst (and best) real estate newsletter in town - for those who have noticed my absence I see you.
The truth is, we’ve been busy. Not ‘too busy’ but certainly busy. The team have been outstanding in the past few weeks and I’m proud to report that the biggest one man band in Mosman has been delivering some exceptional results for our beloved clients.
If you detect some sarcasm, sorry…I just can’t help myself. Recently whilst pitching for business we have been hearing claims from our competitors that we are too busy and that we are just a ‘one man band.’ Now look, I don’t mind copping flak, having been raised in an Irish family the love language I am used to is borderline abusive but for the other 11 members of this team that’s just mean (I’d rather we were referred to as a one man ensemble).
So how’s the market? There are plenty of buyers out looking but they are definitely being picky, I’d describe the current market as steady. Good stock is harder to find than ever and properties with great outdoor entertaining areas and views haven’t had the chance to shine….thanks La Niña.
It’s good to be back, we have some wonderful homes open tomorrow, hopefully we will see you on the circuit.
Until next week…I think.
