So This Is Christmas.

Last night our team exchanged contracts on our 99th sale for the year…we should hit 100 in the coming days but who’s counting?

It’s been an interesting year in the local market, we have had some wonderful results but also some very hard fought campaigns, to use a cricket analogy it’s been a tricky wicket.

Today I wanted to say a huge thank you to our wonderful customers, many of our sales this year have been with past clients which fills me with enormous pride. The process of buying and selling is always stressful but it’s a very different experience when trust and good faith are already at the table. It’s taken a long time to get here but for any up and comers I can say that if you put in the hard yards and put your clients first the rewards do come.

This year we lost two very important members of our inner circle. On behalf of myself and the team I just wanted to say to Philippa and Bardia that you and your families are in our hearts heading into what is sure to be a Christmas marred by sadness.

We are going to get a long deserved break and are very excited about some big ideas we have for 2024, wishing you all a Merry Christmas and see you on the other side.
