Yesterday marked the last property launch day for 2022 with the final official auction weekend being on the 3rd December.

This means if you wish to buy this year all of the fish are now in the sea…until after Australia Day.

Property sellers are right to avoid a campaign running deep into December as the market seasonally softens. This change is normally fuelled by a predictably speculative media and buyers having to deal with terrible decisions they have made at Christmas parties.

Santa’s arrival has always been an important deadline for buyers and sellers seeking closure and/or certainty heading into the new year, as a result we expect sales activity to rise in the coming weeks.

Speaking of rising sales activity, well done team…we have had 7 sales in the past 4 days and yesterday we proudly launched 6 first class properties…watch this space!
